Viziro ("Viziro", "we", "us") is a pre-launch service built by a small team based in Lithuania. This policy explains what personal data we collect today — while the product itself is still in development and the only thing you can do on this site is join our waitlist — and what will change once the service goes live. We've tried to write it in plain language rather than pure legal boilerplate.
Who we are
Viziro is operated by Viziro, MB (a Lithuanian mažoji bendrija), company registration number: pending, registered address registered address: pending. The company is being formed alongside the product; this page will be updated with final registration details before launch. Until then, you can reach us at hello@viziro.eu.
What we collect today
Right now this website has exactly one place that collects personal data: the waitlist form. If you submit it, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business type (chosen from a short list, e.g. restaurant, hotel, online shop)
- Which subscription plan you're interested in (STARTER, VIZIRO or EMPIRE)
- The fact that you ticked the consent checkbox, and when
We don't ask for anything else on this form, and we don't use hidden tracking to collect more than what you type. That's a deliberate choice: we only collect what we need to invite the right businesses first.
What changes once we launch
Once Viziro is live and you become a paying customer, we'll also handle:
- Account information — your business name, address, city, and the login details for your account.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and our business banking provider, Paysera. We do not store your full card or bank details ourselves; Stripe and Paysera process that as independent data processors under their own security certifications.
- Service data — the public information about your business that we test and improve (e.g. your Google Business Profile, published hours, menu, reviews) so we can measure and report your AI visibility score.
We will update this policy again before that stage goes live, with full details of each processor we use.
Why we collect it (our legal basis)
- Waitlist data is collected with your consent (the checkbox you tick), for the purpose of contacting you about early access.
- Future account and billing data will be collected to perform our contract with you as a paying customer, and where relevant to meet our own legal obligations (e.g. invoicing and tax records).
Data minimization
We only ask for data we have an actual, current use for. We don't buy or collect additional data about you from third parties to enrich your profile, and we don't ask waitlist signups for information we won't use until much later (like payment details) before it's needed.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until we either invite you, you unsubscribe, or the waitlist itself is retired (at the latest, once the pre-launch phase ends) — whichever comes first. Once live, account and billing records will be kept for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by Lithuanian tax and accounting law afterwards.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Today, the only "sharing" that happens is the ordinary infrastructure needed to run this site and store the waitlist: our web host, Hostinger, which keeps waitlist sign-ups in a database on its servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and handles our email, acting as a data processor on our instructions. Once live, that list will also include Stripe (payments) and Paysera (business banking).
Cookies
This site uses one strictly-necessary cookie-equivalent (a local storage entry) to remember that you've seen our cookie notice. See our Cookies Policy for the full detail — there's no analytics or advertising tracking active today.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it (access)
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data (rectification)
- Ask us to delete your data (erasure), for example by leaving the waitlist
- Ask us to restrict how we use it (restriction)
- Receive your data in a portable format (portability)
- Object to certain uses of your data (objection)
- Withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on anything already done lawfully before that
To exercise any of these, email hello@viziro.eu. We'll respond within one month.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your data, we'd like the chance to put it right — but you also have the right to complain directly to Lithuania's supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI), or to the data protection authority in your own EU country of residence.
International transfers
Our waitlist data is stored in the EU, on Hostinger servers in Frankfurt, Germany. If that ever changes — for example, if a future tool we use stores data outside the EU/EEA — we will only do so with appropriate safeguards in place (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), and we'll update this policy to say so.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page as the product moves from waitlist to launch, and we'll update the "last updated" date above whenever we do. Material changes will be flagged on this site.
