Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms will govern use of the Viziro service once it launches. We're publishing them now, ahead of launch, so anyone joining our waitlist can see the basis on which we plan to operate. They will be finalized (and reviewed by a lawyer) before the service goes live and before any customer is charged.
1. Who these terms are for
Viziro is a business-to-business service. It's intended for small businesses (restaurants, hotels and other accommodation, online shops, dental and other local clinics, and similar local businesses) and the people authorized to act on their behalf. By using the service you confirm you're doing so for your business, not as a private consumer.
2. The service
Viziro measures how visible your business is when people ask AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) questions like "best [your category] near me," in your local language. Depending on your plan, we either tell you what to fix (STARTER) or fix it for you (VIZIRO and EMPIRE) — things like your Google Business Profile, published hours, menu, and local directory listings. We also publish a free, public "City Index" ranking by city and sector.
Viziro does not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or any other AI engine. We report what we measure and do what's in our control to improve it; we can't guarantee how a third-party AI model will answer any specific question at any specific time, because that's ultimately up to the company that runs it.
3. Accounts
When the service launches, you'll need an account to use it. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@viziro.eu if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Plans and billing
We offer three plans — STARTER, VIZIRO and EMPIRE — billed either monthly or yearly (yearly billing gives roughly two months free compared to paying monthly). Current pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change for new signups; if we change the price on your existing plan, we'll tell you in advance.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; our own business banking runs through Paysera. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to Stripe's own terms for processing your payment.
You can cancel at any time from your account (once accounts exist) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and we don't charge you again afterwards. See our Refund Policy for how refunds and the Results Promise work.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Viziro to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information for us to publish or optimize;
- Attempt to manipulate the City Index rankings outside the normal, legitimate use of the service;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the service without our written permission;
- Use the service for any business engaged in illegal activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
6. Intellectual property
Viziro owns the software, methodology, City Index and all related branding. You keep ownership of your own business content (your name, photos, descriptions, and so on) — you're simply giving us permission to use it to test and improve your AI visibility as part of the service.
7. Disclaimers
We work hard to make our measurements and fixes accurate and effective, but the service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee a specific ranking, score, or amount of new business, except as explicitly set out in our Results Promise. AI engines, search engines, review platforms and directories are run by third parties outside our control and can change how they work at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Viziro's total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits) except where the law doesn't allow that limitation.
9. Termination
Either of us can end the agreement: you by cancelling your subscription, us by giving reasonable notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms (for example, non-payment or the acceptable-use rules above).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute will be handled by the Lithuanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We'll post the revised terms here with an updated date, and for material changes affecting existing customers, we'll give notice before they take effect.
