Draft, pending legal review
Viziro hasn’t launched yet. This page is a good-faith draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before we take on customers or charge anyone.
Viziro (“Viziro”, “we”, “us”) is a pre-launch service built by a small team in Vilnius, Lithuania. Right now you can join our waitlist, ask for a free AI check of your business, and email us. This policy explains what personal data that involves, why we need it, where it’s kept and what your rights are. We’ve written it in plain language on purpose.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Viziro, MB, a Lithuanian small partnership (mažoji bendrija), company code pending registration, registered address pending registration, Vilnius, Lithuania. We’ll add the final company details here as soon as the registration is complete. You can reach us at team@viziro.eu.
What we collect when you join the waitlist
- your name
- your email address
- your business type, chosen from a short list
- the plan you’re interested in (STARTER, VIZIRO or EMPIRE)
- the language of the page you signed up on
- when you agreed to hear from us, and which version of the consent text you saw
If you tick “I’d also like a free AI check of my business”, we also collect:
- your business name
- the city your business is in
We don’t ask for anything else. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site.
The free AI check
If you ask for a free check, we:
- look up your business by name and city on Google Maps, to get its public details (address, opening hours, phone, website, rating);
- ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the kind of questions a customer would ask in your city, plus two questions about your business by name;
- send their answers, your business’s public details and the questions to Claude (by Anthropic), which writes the analysis and the three suggested fixes. Our own software calculates the score and checks the analysis against the answers;
- email you the report and keep it so you can open it through a private link, which works for 90 days.
We only send your business name, city and type to these services, never your own name or email address. The check starts once you confirm your email address, and there’s one free check per email address. The report is stored with your waitlist entry and deleted with it. The score and fixes are produced automatically; they don’t make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.
When you email us
Emails to team@viziro.eu are stored in our mailbox and our database. An AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) reads them and answers routine questions using our published information. It sees your email, your address and, if you’re on our waitlist, the details you gave us there. Anything it can’t answer from our approved information, and anything about refunds, complaints, contracts or your data, goes to a person. Every reply written by the assistant says so, and you can reach a person at any time by replying with the word “human”.
Technical data
Like every website, this one needs some technical data to deliver pages and protect itself from abuse. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) for security and troubleshooting. We don’t use them to identify or follow you.
To stop spam, our sign-up form keeps a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address (a salted hash, which can’t be turned back into the address) for up to one hour, so it can limit how many sign-ups come from one connection. After that it’s deleted.
How the waitlist works
When you submit the form, we save your details in our own database on our web host and pass them to MailerLite, our email service. MailerLite sends you one email asking you to confirm your address (double opt-in). You’re only on the waitlist once you click the link in that email. If you don’t confirm within 30 days, we delete your sign-up.
Why we’re allowed to use it (legal basis)
- Waitlist and free check: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box and confirmed by clicking the link in our email. We use it to tell you about early access and, if you asked, to send your free check.
- Answering your emails: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries quickly and well (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Server logs and spam protection: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed sign-ups: deleted after 30 days.
- Confirmed waitlist entries, including any free-check details and report: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist closes, and no later than 31 December 2027. The private report link stops working after 90 days.
- Support emails: 24 months after the last message in the conversation. Automated emails we don’t answer (for example delivery notices): 30 days.
- Scrambled IP addresses used for spam protection: up to one hour.
- Server logs: for the period our web host keeps them for security.
Who processes your data for us
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising. These providers process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Hostinger (web hosting, database and our team@viziro.eu mailbox): runs this website and stores the data described here, in its data centre in Lithuania.
- MailerLite (email service): stores waitlist contacts in the EU and sends our confirmation email and newsletters.
- Anthropic (Claude, USA): reads and answers support emails, with the sender’s waitlist details; writes the free-check analysis from your business’s details and the AI answers.
- OpenAI (ChatGPT, USA), Google (Gemini and Google Maps) and Perplexity (USA): receive the free-check questions, which contain your business name, city and type.
When we launch paid plans, we’ll add our payment provider here before we take any payment.
International transfers
Our hosting, database and email service are in the EU. The AI services named above are run by companies in the USA, so using them transfers data outside the EU/EEA. We send each of them only what its task needs, under the safeguards the GDPR requires for such transfers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms. The safeguard for each provider is being confirmed in legal review.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for visitors and stores nothing in your browser. Its fonts and images come from our own domain. See our Cookies Policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy (access)
- ask us to correct it (rectification)
- ask us to delete it (erasure), for example by leaving the waitlist, which also deletes your free-check report
- ask us to limit how we use it (restriction)
- get your data in a portable format (portability)
- object to uses based on our legitimate interest (objection)
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done lawfully before that
To withdraw consent, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails. For anything else, email team@viziro.eu. We’ll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page as Viziro moves from waitlist to launch and change the “last updated” date above when we do. If a change affects how we use data you’ve already given us, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
