Refund Policy

Viziro hasn’t launched yet, so nobody has been charged under this policy. We’re publishing how it will work now, so it’s clear before you ever subscribe.
The Results Promise
Every paid plan includes our Results Promise: if your AI visibility score hasn’t gone up within 90 days of your fixes being applied, your next three months are free.
- It’s applied as a service credit on your next invoices, not as a cash refund.
- The 90 days start when the fixes are complete and live, whether you applied them or we did.
- To claim it, email team@viziro.eu from the address on your account. We’ll check your score history and reply within a few working days.
- We may decline a claim if the lack of improvement is clearly outside our control, for example if you didn’t apply the fixes we gave you on STARTER, or your business closed or changed substantially during that time.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and we won’t charge you again. We don’t refund the unused part of a period you’ve already paid for, monthly or yearly, except where the law requires it or under the Results Promise.
If you’re a consumer
Viziro is built for businesses. If you subscribe as a private individual and count as a consumer under EU law, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Because the service starts as soon as you subscribe, we’ll ask you at checkout to confirm that you want it to start straight away. If you withdraw within the 14 days, we may keep a proportionate amount for the service already provided, and refund the rest.
Billing mistakes
If we charge you by mistake (the wrong amount, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), email team@viziro.eu and we’ll refund it as a priority, normally within 5 working days.
How refunds are paid
Where a cash refund is due, it goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
