Viziro hasn’t launched yet. This page is a good-faith draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before we take on customers or charge anyone.
These terms will apply to the Viziro service once it launches. We’re publishing them now so that anyone joining the waitlist can see how we plan to work. A lawyer will review them before the service goes live and before anyone is charged.
1. The waitlist and the free AI check
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. It only means we’ll email you about early access and, if you asked, send you a free AI check of your business. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details.
There’s one free check per email address, and it starts once you confirm your email address. We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity through their official services, with web search switched on. Answers in their apps can differ with location, account and history, so the report shows what we measured on the day, not what every customer will see. The report is written partly by an AI assistant and checked by our own rules. It can contain mistakes, and it’s general information about your visibility, not legal, financial or professional advice. We may decline or stop free checks that look automated or abusive.
2. Who the service is for
Viziro is a business-to-business service for small local businesses (restaurants, cafés, hotels and other accommodation, clinics, beauty salons, online shops and similar) and the people authorised to act for them. By subscribing, you confirm you’re doing so for your business, not as a private consumer.
3. The service
Viziro checks how visible your business is when people ask AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) for recommendations in their own language. Depending on your plan, we either tell you what to fix (STARTER) or prepare every fix for you and apply what we can with the access you give us (VIZIRO and EMPIRE): for example your Google Business Profile, opening hours, menu and directory listings. Where we can’t apply a fix ourselves, we give you exact step-by-step instructions. We also plan to publish a free, public City Index for each city and sector.
Viziro doesn’t control ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or any other AI assistant. We report what we measure and improve what’s in our control. We can’t guarantee how a third-party AI model will answer a particular question at a particular time.
4. Accounts
Once the service launches, you’ll need an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at team@viziro.eu if you think someone else has access.
4a. Answers written by AI
Some of our emails and reports are written by an AI assistant and say so. The assistant only states facts from our published information and passes anything else to a person. Reply “human” at any time to reach one.
5. Plans and billing
We plan to offer three plans: STARTER (€69 a month), VIZIRO (€99 a month) and EMPIRE (€199 a month), billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you about two months free compared with paying monthly. Prices for new subscriptions may change; if we change the price of your existing plan, we’ll tell you in advance.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments will be handled by a payment provider that we’ll name here and in our Privacy Policy before launch.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then, and we won’t charge you again. Our Refund Policy explains refunds and the Results Promise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Viziro to:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent business information;
- try to manipulate the City Index outside normal, legitimate use of the service;
- copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service without our written permission;
- promote a business that operates illegally.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Intellectual property
Viziro owns its software, methods, the City Index and its brand. You keep ownership of your business content (your name, photos, descriptions and so on) and allow us to use it to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers
We work hard to make our measurements and fixes accurate and useful, but the service is provided “as is”. Apart from the Results Promise, we don’t guarantee a particular score, ranking or amount of new business. AI assistants, search engines, review sites and directories are run by other companies and can change how they work at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, except where the law doesn’t allow that limit.
10. Ending the agreement
You can end the agreement by cancelling your subscription. We can end it with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms, for example by not paying or by breaking the acceptable-use rules.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes will be handled by the Lithuanian courts. This doesn’t remove any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. We’ll publish the new version here with a new date and, for important changes affecting existing customers, tell you in advance.
